  • A paid visitor pass may be subject to age restrictions and identity verification at venue entry.
  • IHFF may suspend or cancel registrations containing incomplete, false, misleading, or duplicate information.

3. Pass Issuance, Ownership, and Use

  • Passes are issued in the name of the registered attendee and are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by IHFF.
  • Entry may require presentation of a valid government photo ID matching registration details.
  • Any attempt to duplicate, resell, tamper with, or misuse QR codes or passes may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment Processing

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Applicable taxes, levies, or statutory charges may be added at checkout as required by law.
  • Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. IHFF does not store full card credentials.
  • IHFF is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, card issuers, gateways, telecom outages, or device-level issues beyond IHFF control.

5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are handled strictly in accordance with the Refund Policy published on this website and any mandatory legal requirements.
  • In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, IHFF may provide transfer options, credit, or refund support in accordance with applicable policy and law.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after valid pass delivery may lead to account restrictions and legal recovery steps.

6. Venue Entry and Code of Conduct

  • IHFF and venue security reserve the right to inspect bags, verify identity, and deny or revoke entry for safety, legal, or policy reasons.
  • Attendees must comply with venue rules, fire and safety instructions, staff guidance, and local law.
  • Harassment, disorderly conduct, intoxication-related misconduct, unauthorized selling, and prohibited items may result in removal without compensation.

7. Photography, Filming, and Publicity

  • The event may be photographed or recorded for security, media, and promotional purposes.
  • By attending, you acknowledge that incidental capture of your likeness may occur in crowd shots or event coverage.
  • If you have a specific objection regarding identifiable media use, please contact the IHFF team in advance or at the venue help desk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website content, event branding, logos, artwork, copy, and software elements are owned by IHFF or licensed rights holders.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written consent.
